ESOTERIC Elite Car Wash Sponge
When I received the email from Esoterice spotlighting this sponge I placed my order for a couple of them. The fact that Esoteric offers and recommends them was enough for me to place my order with confidence.
They are Japanese made and come sealed in plastic from the manufacturer. Opening them up the first thing you notice and the selling point is just how soft this sponge actually is. It’s incredibly soft! Dropping it in the wash bucket with the water and shampoo, getting it saturated – and it holds lots of water and suds, you will be – as I was, quite pleasantly surprised just how smoothly this sponge glides across the paint. It inspires confidence that you are using a product that is super soft yet very effective in washing your car. I ended up buying a few more they are that good.

I finally was able to grab this sponge to see if it really was worth the hype. I can confirm that this is the best wash media tool I have ever used. I have the microfibre madness incredimitt, and the regular microfibre chenille mitt. This sponge is softer than both, rinses out well and is just such a pleasure to use. Absolutely perfect for well maintained cars that you want to keep perfect. Thanks Esoteric for finding a way to bring this back!
Awesome Wash Media
Very soft, releases dirt easily, holds tons of suds. I have not experienced any marring with this wash sponge even on the softest paint surfaces. Give it a try!

I never thought I would use a sponge again until Esoteric turned me on to this one. It is an incredibly soft sponge yet it is durable enough to use for all of your washing needs. I specifically use this for my rims and can say that it works really well. Being as soft as it is, it is easy to get into the tight areas of your rims/wheels.

While I normally prefer a nice lambs wool mitt, this is the nicest wash sponge I have ever used! It is very plush and you get good feedback through the foam while washing, so it is easy to know where you’ve hit and where you haven’t when washing around detailed areas and gaps between panels. Definitely worth giving one a try!
