Esoteric Elite Detailer Academy (“we”, “us”) operates esotericdetailedu.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are

What we collect
When you enroll: your name, email address, and billing address. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
When you use the courses: an account is created so you can access your training. We record which lessons you’ve completed and your quiz results, so your progress is saved between sessions.
When you contact us: whatever you include in the form or email.
Automatically: IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited. This comes from analytics and security tools and is used in aggregate.
Why we collect it
To process your order and give you access to the courses you bought; to provide support; to keep records required for tax and accounting; to protect the site from fraud and abuse; and, if you’ve opted in, to send you email about new lessons and products. Marketing email is opt-in only and every message includes an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that make the site work:
- WooPayments / Stripe — payment processing
- Mailchimp — email, if you’ve opted in
- Google Analytics — site usage measurement
- Google reCAPTCHA — spam and abuse prevention
- SiteGround — hosting
Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart and login working, and to measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though the cart and account areas may stop working if you do.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are retained for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and thereafter as part of our business records.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy in a portable format. You can opt out of marketing email at any time. If you’re in the EU, UK, California, or another region with privacy legislation, you have these rights by law — but we’ll honor them for anyone who asks.
Email Support and we’ll respond within 30 days. Deleting your account will also remove your access to any courses you’ve purchased.
International customers
We’re based in the United States and our service providers are primarily US-based, so your information will be processed in the US.
Changes
We’ll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes.
